About the Yogabrella® Ambassador Program
Yogabrella® Ambassadors are volunteer community members who help co-create meaningful retreat and event experiences through service, leadership, hospitality, and community support.
Ambassadors play an important role in advancing the Yogabrella® mission of fostering coherence, connection, personal growth, and transformation. In exchange for their service, ambassadors may receive designated benefits associated with specific events or programs; however, participation in the Ambassador Program is voluntary and does not constitute employment with Yogabrella®.
We welcome individuals who are aligned with the values of service, compassion, authenticity, and conscious community building.

Yogabrella Ambassadors are volunteers who help co-create a welcoming, organized, and meaningful retreat eAmbassador Commitmentsxperience for all participants. Ambassadors are expected to:
Attend the retreat and actively participate in the experience.
Fulfill the responsibilities associated with their selected ambassador role.
Arrive on time and be available for designated ambassador duties.
Communicate promptly and professionally with the retreat organizer regarding questions, concerns, or scheduling needs.
Demonstrate a positive, respectful, and supportive attitude toward participants, volunteers, venue staff, and the Yogabrella team.
Respect participant privacy, confidentiality, and personal boundaries.
Support a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all attendees.
Follow retreat guidelines, venue policies, and applicable safety procedures.
Refrain from providing medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice unless specifically qualified and authorized to do so.
Serve as a representative of Yogabrella's mission of coherence, connection, personal growth, and transformation.
Ambassadors understand that they are volunteers and not employees, contractors, or agents of Yogabrella LLC. Participation in the Ambassador Program is based on mutual respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to supporting meaningful retreat experiences.Description text goes here

Los Angeles Radiance Retreat Ambassador Opportunities
Helps create a welcoming and supportive experience for participants.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist with check-in
• Help participants feel comfortable and connected
• Support transitions between activities
• Foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere
• Serve as a friendly point of contact throughout the retreat
Supports the flow of the retreat and assists with logistics and technology.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with music and sound setup
• Support timing and activity transitions
• Help with retreat setup and breakdown
• Assist with supplies and logistics
• Help maintain a smooth participant experience
Captures the essence and spirit of the retreat experience.
Responsibilities:
• Take photos and short videos
• Capture meaningful moments throughout the retreat
• Assist with social media content
• Help document the retreat journey
• Support post-event storytelling and outreach
Provides flexible support while helping cultivate a welcoming, heart-centered, and coherent retreat environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist participants throughout the day
• Help with hospitality and refreshments
• Support group activities
• Offer general event assistance wherever needed
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and coherent atmosphere
• Step into areas requiring additional support
